This unique treatment uses a combination of selective Ultrasound and Unipolar Radiofrequency.
This type of energy has a significant impact on the skin. During this face contouring treatment, Ultrasound (Cold Ultrasound Shear technology) is applied to selectively target fat cells and eliminate them, and controlled Radiofrequency has an effect on fat metabolism and skin tightening. Accent Prime for face contouring consists of 3 different applicators:
- UltraFace – this applicator combines ultrasound technology that features controlled ultrasonic waves that provide high-speed contouring and reduce fat pockets on the face.
- BiPolar – this applicator creates superficial heating in the dermal layer in the skin and causes skin firming and collagen production.
- UniFace – this applicator uses UniPolar RF technology and a detachable rotating massage ring that delivers deep heating in the dermal layer and increases circulation.
Accent Prime Face Contouring treatment is exceptional because each patient can get a customized and unique treatment plan according to their needs and goals. ACCENT PRIME SKIN RESURFACING TREATMENT
The benefits of this treatment are that it improves uneven skin tone, superficial pigmentation and uneven, coarse skin texture. It utilizes focused microplasma technology that is patented to make the skin smoother and more evenly toned.
There are two applicators that are used for skin resurfacing:
- Microplasma – Pixel radiofrequency heats and ablates the skin with microplasma technology. Ablative means breaking the barrier of the skin or resurfacing. Pixelated means that the healthy skin in between is not damaged.
- Microplasma the IMPACT – this applicator successfully penetrates through the epidermis and allows therapeutic ingredients to get to the targeted tissues. These ingredients can reach the tissue depths where they are most effective and most needed.

Then the number of sessions is decided and the treatment plan is created to address the patient’s specific skin issues. Before the treatment, the therapist cleans the patient’s face. Then the therapist gently applies the Accent Prime Face Contouring applicator to the patient’s face in a circular motion.
